Job Description

Stepping Stones Childcare Learning Center is now hiring Teacher Aides for our Brainerd and Baxter locations.About the Position
Teacher Aides support our classrooms by assisting with daily routines, engaging with children, and helping maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Must be able to complete and pass a clean DHS background study and fingerprinting
  • Must demonstrate basic communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be reliable, positive, and willing to learn
Training Provided After Hire
All required trainings are provided, including:
  • CPR
  • First Aid
  • Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)
  • Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS)
  • Additional DHS-required childcare trainings
