Job Description
Madden's on Gull Lake is hiring for a Guest Service Agent. 
This is a seasonal position, April through October.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Check out guests in and out at the desk
  • Be their point of contact, assisting with any questions they may have
  • Answer in-house phone calls
  • Issuing room keys, ID card and resort information
  • Works closely with housekeeping to ensure prompt check-in/out process
  • Performs accurate cash handling and credit control
  • Maintains knowledge of room types, room and package rates and availability
  • Maintains awareness of daily activities and meetings by review of the event schedule
