Weekend Cabin Preparation Team Member

Towering Pines Resort – Pequot Lakes, MN (Whitefish Chain)

Join our team at Towering Pines Resort, a family-owned lakeside property known for its clean, comfortable cabins and welcoming guest experience. We are currently hiring dependable, detail-oriented team members to help prepare cabins for arriving guests during our busy summer season.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that people count on.

Position Overview

As part of our Cabin Preparation Team, you’ll play a key role in creating a great first impression for our guests. Our changeover days are fast-paced and team-driven, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare cabins between guest stays
  • Make beds and handle linens
  • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
  • Restock supplies and check for completeness
  • Work as part of a team to meet timelines on turnover days

Schedule

  • Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday)
  • Must be available July 4th week/weekend
  • Additional shifts may be available during peak season

Compensation

  • $18/hour (youth starting wage)
  • $20-25/hour (experienced staff)
  • $27-30/hour (lead roles)
